Over the course of her career, Diane has achieved numerous distinctions and honours:

•    Outstanding Female Athlete, International Level, Mérite sportif de l'Estrie in 2008;

•    Outstanding Female Athlete of the Year, Mérite sportif de l’Estrie in 2007;

•    Fred Begley Memorial Trophy - 2007 recipient of Athletics Canada trophy for best athlete in the marathon event;

•    Fred Begley Memorial Trophy - 2006 recipient of Athletics Canada trophy for best athlete in the marathon event;

•    Sports Personality of the Year, 2005, awarded by the Journal de Sherbrooke newspaper;

•    Outstanding Female Athlete of the Year, Mérite sportif de l’Estrie in 2005;

•    Outstanding Athlete in Wheelchair Athletics, awarded at the Quebec Federation of Athleticism’s Athlétas Gala, 2005;

•    Estrie Award of Merit 1995, awarded by La Tribune newspaper ; 

•    Estrie Award of Olympic Merit 2004, awarded by La Tribune newspaper;

•    Estrie Award of Paralympic Merit 2004, awarded by La Tribune newspaper;
